Fix Security issues

Sqlite database should not be present in the repo.
I added .gitgnore still it's there.

git rm -f db/.sqlite3
$ echo '.sqlite3' >> .gitignore
$ git add .gitignore
$ git commit -m "ignored sqlite databases"
