Completed Lessons Not Marked as Complete on Phone or iPad

When I complete a lesson on my phone or iPad, it does not update or show as completed. No matter how many times I complete the lesson on a mobile device, the completion status never changes. This issue appears to affect all mobile devices, including both phones and tablets.

This was the issue for me on android using the Samsung internet browser app. It turned out to be dark mode setting in the app Samsung internet app if I turn it off, I can then see the checkmarks showing what's completed. It doesn't act the same in chrome but chrome being set to dark mode also doesn't effect the the FCC site, so it shows as if light mode is activated but only for FCC.

I reached out like 7 months ago and then left it alone due to being frustrated with this and other issues. I think they added something called night mode for the mobile apps, unless it's been there and I didn't see it. I think they would have mentioned it. It helps using Samsung internet but only works if i turn the dark mode off in the Samsung internet settings. At least I get dark mode now. But still..

Are you using the app or a browser? If browser, does anything change if you toggle dark mode in the browser settings? Also, try the FCC internal night mode.
