Tray icon should open only a single instance

Hi, every time the user clicks on the tray icon, it opens a new window.
I think that 1 max window would be sufficient.

The same applies to the actions in the tray icons right-click context menu (including settings wizard).
If there is already a window open, it should be brought to the front instead of opening a new one.
