Subject: [PATCH] docs(readme): size ThreatWatch360 sponsor logo to width 430

Match the approved mockup (Atlas 340 / ThreatWatch360 430). Prior 410
under-sized it; the repo SVG aspect matches the design asset so 430 applies
directly.
