Canonical lower-case RTC wallet addresses consist of the prefix
RTCfollowed by exactly 40 lower-case hexadecimal characters (re.fullmatch(r"RTC[0-9a-f]{40}", wallet)). Mixed-case hex strings or addresses with missing digits should be rejected to prevent lost funds.
