Error 2 when building

I get this error when trying to build.

Cant figure out what the problem is.

the error should be a little upper.
I get this error when build with LLVM(clang)

And this error when building with GCC(btw you have to disable CONFIG_CC_STACKPROTECTOR=y and CONFIG_CC_STACKPROTECTOR_STRONG=y, because compiler too old):

Seems that the problem is too old compilers.
