How can I configure the equivalent of buildx build --iidfile
using bake ?

Bake has no target-level iidfile attribute. Its equivalent is the command-level metadata file:

docker buildx bake app --load --metadata-file metadata.json
jq -r '.app["containerimage.config.digest"]' metadata.json

For a single-platform loaded image, containerimage.config.digest is the image/config ID; use containerimage.digest when you need the exported manifest digest.
