8.6.0alpha2+ segfault on arm32v6 (Alpine) #1675

Description

@yosifkit

The images for 8.6.0alpha2 are failing to build on arm32v6 in Alpine. The failure is observed as a segfault. They will continue to fail on alpha3 (manually tested).

It is fixed by php/php-src#22751. Should we drop the architecture from 8.6-rc until a fix is applied to the pre-releases? Or at least drop from alpha2 and the just released alpha3?
