Description

The website seems to be using an old Node.js version (v14.21.3), which has been discontinued already.
Using Gitpod, the website seems to deploy fine on Node.js v18.16.0.

I believe we should update the Node.js version of the project immediately, to ensure compatibility, prevent vulnerabilities/bugs, as well as supporting new versions of multiple frameworks/packages.

Expected behavior/contents

Use Node.js 16.x or higher.
