I found a potential High-severity vulnerability in https://github.com/deso-protocol/docs. I want to report it privately and responsibly.

Your complete bug bounty guidelines and submission process are currently unclear on GitHub. Could you please confirm where I should submit the full report and share the current scope, rewards, rules, and payout terms?

I will not disclose any vulnerability details publicly.
