allow whitespace before "audit-ignore"

We noticed that the audit-ignore feature only works if there is exactly one blank space between # and audit-ignore. It would make life easier if an arbitrary amount of whitespace was allowed.

yes, it wasn't closed as I didn't implement it using a PR but using a push on main.
