Is this plugin still in active development? There is a roadmap... but no activity.
It could use some new features like cache busting, better cache folder location, and CSRF-requests fix to make it a killer plugin.

I'm waiting for the CSRF-request fix for quite a while now.. no response!

@johanneslamers i ran into issues while developing, mainly a TTFB of 25 seconds which kinda took the "fun" out..... craft had a few updates in the last 7 months ( time flies!) , so hopefully it'll go smoother 👍

i'll go through all branches, fix a working version that respects the csrf and then clean up the branches.
