Unable to install Contiv plugin on docker swarm of version 18.03.0-ce

Description

When trying to install Contiv on my docker swarm environemnt am getting this error
Error response from daemon: dial unix /run/docker/plugins/7190bf75d4238e9267bff0393af829fbb014b3efd56daf0ffcd1f476ad9e6b80/netplugin.sock: connect: no such file or directory

Expected Behavior

As per https://store.docker.com/plugins/contiv/plans/de8e6eb9-983e-4900-b000-0782a074fa61, I should be able to install Contiv plugin on docker swarm

Observed Behavior

I tried multiple times on different VMs and am getting same error.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Setup docker swarm of version 18.03.0-ce
2. Install Contiv plugin as per https://store.docker.com/plugins/contiv/plans/de8e6eb9-983e-4900-b000-0782a074fa61

Your Environment

• netctl version - Not Present
• Orchestrator version (e.g. kubernetes, mesos, swarm): Docker version 18.03.0-ce, build 0520e24
• Operating System and version : Ubuntu - 16.04.5 LTS (Xenial Xerus)
