From a8c6a860db682fca384ee5099cc00043cc965b3c Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: nicholascole Date: Thu, 24 Sep 2026 15:37:13 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] Fix gem verification in the release workflow `gem install --local` only resolves dependencies from gems already installed system-wide, but the build job installed them through Bundler into vendor/bundle, so the verify step failed with "Could not find a valid gem 'concurrent-ruby'". Drop --local so RubyGems fetches the runtime dependencies, and drop the Bundler install the build job never needed. This is the same change that made the June release succeed on fix/release-build-deps, which was never merged into main.
