Subject: [PATCH] Remove statics->statistics from the rare dictionary

"statics" is a real English word (e.g. the physics of forces in
equilibrium, and Phoenix.VerifiedRoutes :statics). Flagging it as a
typo of "statistics" produces false positives in default runs.
