• What is the URL of the competition?
• What is your username?
• What are the IDs of the stuck submissions?
• Did it work in the past?
• Also, please describe the issue with more details. The title suggests that the submissions are stuck in "Submitted" status, but your screenshot shows a submission in "Scoring" status.

It’s too slow.

It looks like the public queue of the platform is simply overused.

For participants

• Please try to limit the number of submissions while the activity is very high.
• Once your submission is sent, wait patiently for the results, do not re-submit several times.

For competition organizers

• Consider having connecting your own computing resources to your competition to speed up the process: https://docs.codabench.org/latest/Organizers/Running_a_benchmark/Compute-Worker-Management---Setup/
• Fix a reasonable daily submissions limit for your participants (e.g. 5)

Remember that you are using free computing resources. Organizers are invited to add their own computers to have control over the computing and bypass the congested public queue. Adding compute workers is simple and straightforward.
