I am having an issue, if there are unbalanced params in a string or a comment, then indentation goes crazyyy

Hi, it likely enabled. There are a number of ways to turn off the indentation. Your best bet would be to run one of the following after the file is opened:

setlocal indentexpr=

If you want to check if it is enabled you can do so by running setlocal indentexpr?.

This bug will be fixed soon-ish in #31. In the meantime, while not ideal, I suggest finding a way around using unclosed { characters in comments. (If you're using them for folding, you can change the fold markers, see :help fold-marker.)
