From 3b3fe6c10d4ceb0178d553668a43896d28f569bd Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: pallaoro Date: Fri, 11 Sep 2026 13:10:25 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] feat(pressure-test): no-argument form sweeps every proposed solution MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit The bare command fell back to "the approach currently on the table" — singular and latest. It now sweeps the whole set of solutions the session proposed: inventory every decision (including ones made in passing), rule per item with the holds stated as plainly as the fails, then the section only this form produces — what was never examined at all. Breadth, not leniency: same evidence standard and same ledger as the targeted form. A sweep that prints only problems is a bug list, not a coverage report. --- README.md | 2 +- commands/pressure-test.md | 8 +++++++- 2 files changed, 8 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) diff --git a/README.md b/README.md index 64a7efb..4a69eb6 100644 --- a/README.md +++ b/README.md @@ -206,7 +206,7 @@ cp commands/pressure-test.md ~/.claude/commands/ # personal, all projects # or: .claude/commands/ for one project ``` -Then `/pressure-test` (tests the current direction) or `/pressure-test `. +Then `/pressure-test ` to test one call in depth, or bare `/pressure-test` to sweep every solution the session proposed — an inventory with a verdict on each (the holds stated as plainly as the fails), plus the section only the sweep produces: the decisions that were never examined at all. ## The `/sidenote` command diff --git a/commands/pressure-test.md b/commands/pressure-test.md index 5ffe71e..735bb19 100644 --- a/commands/pressure-test.md +++ b/commands/pressure-test.md @@ -3,7 +3,13 @@ description: Pressure-test the current approach against scalability, long-term, argument-hint: [decision or approach to test — optional] --- -Run the decision test on **$ARGUMENTS** — or, if that's empty, on the approach currently on the table in this conversation. +Run the decision test on **$ARGUMENTS** — or, if that's empty, on every solution this conversation has proposed. + +**With no argument, sweep — don't zoom.** The targeted form asks *is this the right call?* about one decision; the no-argument form asks *did we miss anything?* about all of them.
