In the latest version, Warrior Lodge bloodlines are not forming. In a heavily modded run (I was using multiple bloodline mods so originally attributed the issue to that mix) the bloodline event failed to create the bloodline for both my character and an NPC that survived the Legendary Journey. I proceeded to start the game vanilla and use Event HF.12300 to successfully trigger the bloodline. I then loaded the latest version of Cleanslate only (no CK2Plus or any other mods) and was able to reproduce with the event. I then loaded Cleanslate and CK2Plus and was not able to create the bloodline via console.
