Updated version to handle zip file

I needed to use Working Copy and Pythonista this weekend, so I created a version of your script that deals with the zip files Working Copy shares instead of directories now. Figured I'd share it in case you or others were interested. Not a pull request since I'm keeping this file as part of a larger repo of Pythonista extensions.
