Compatibility with newest RetroRules release?

The newest RetroRules release significantly expands the reaction templates - is RetroPath compatible with the newest RetroRules release?

Hi @BGemler, not yet, but we are working on it.
While the SMARTS formalism in used is compatible, but the RetroRules export needs to be extended to ensure full compatibility with RetroPath RL. I will keep this issue open and update it once this is released.

Hi @tduigou, I hope you’re doing well. I’m just following up on this issue to see if there might be any updates. I’m really looking forward to using the latest RetroRules templates in my research.
I completely understand that maintaining such a tool is a significant effort, but I was wondering if there might be a rough timeline for this compatibility update? Thank you so much for your continued support and for all the work you put into RetroPath RL.
