fix(google-genai): preserve streamed candidate metadata (#894)
- Preserve candidate metadata across streamed chunks, including URL
context metadata emitted before the final chunk.
- Include interaction status and continuation token in span metadata;
remove deprecated response fields.
- Add sync and async VCR regression coverage.
