HTC One: Preview and thumbnail do not work for a selected a jpg file. #3073

On HTC one, native browser, on selecting an existing jpg image from the photo gallery, the thumbnail is not getting generated and on clicking the thumbnail link the preview is empty as well. However, on taking a picture (which gets saved as jpg)
