Needs second newline for awslinux

Tried using this cookbook with aws linux. Jobs didn't start.
needs /etc/cron.d/auto-patch a second newline at end of file.
I changed the resource type from cron_d to cron as an easy fix. I'll update the cookbook if there's a patch.

Hi, is this still an issue? If there's an issue specifically with Amazon Linux, we might want to ping the maintainers of the cron cookbook or the distro maintainers as that seems like incorrect behavior. We could append an extra \n to the command for the specific platform as a workaround here if necessary.
