Feature: Add Bookmarks Requirement and Doom Leader Key Bindings

Overview

Add Bookmarks as a requirement for the project and recreate Doom Emacs-style leader key bindings for bookmark functionality.

Requirements

• Integrate the Bookmarks extension as a required tool within the repository workspace or configuration.
• Document how Bookmarks should be installed or referenced.

Implementation

• Identify or assign Doom leader key (usually SPC) for activating Bookmarks commands.
• Recreate the following Doom leader bookmark bindings for use in this project
• Ensure the keybindings do not conflict with other common shortcuts.
