Dashboard not updating when game moves between ratings

Hi!
So it seems that my Dashboard is not updating and is showing a cached version. I had a game update from Bronze to Silver but my counts of Bronze or Silver didn't change! Just want to know how long I should wait to expect an update on my Dashboard.

For reference the game is:

Pajama Sam 4: Life is Tough When You Lose Your Stuff (292820)

It moved from Bronze to Silver on 7/23/26.

It still hasn't updated, I've even added other games to my library and I've seen the ratings go up or down for that, but I am not seeing it update if a game moves between ratings.
