Play not working after killing the notification

Reproduction steps:

• Use Android 14 or later (probably limited to 14+ and not before)
• (I successfully reproduced it on a Samsung phone. Not sure if it happens with other manufacturers as well)
• Play some VOD video
• go to homescreen
• swipe out the notification (to stop the playback service)
• go back to the app
• hit play in the video you just played
• -> video is not starting

Background:
Android changed how foreground services work and deprecated some apis.
