Subject: [PATCH] chore(gitignore): stop ignoring /gradle (#3)

The line kept every new file under gradle/ out of commits, and git overwrites such an ignored file
when a merge brings a tracked copy (astrapi69/test-object#19). .gradle and build stay ignored.

git check-ignore -v --no-index gradle/libs.versions.toml, as it is: .gitignore:70:/gradle	gradle/libs.versions.toml; without the line: not ignored.
