feat: show Kleros identity tags on oracle badges

Summary

Show Kleros Scout identity tags on oracle address badges.

Scope

• Fetch Kleros tags for oracle addresses where the local oracle parser does not produce a more specific label.
• Render the shared Kleros badge and source tooltip for tagged oracle contracts.
• Keep this separate from the supplier/borrower table integration so it can ship in a follow-up PR.

Acceptance criteria

• Oracle badges can display Kleros-tagged contract names as a fallback identity source.
• Local oracle parsing remains the highest-priority source when available.
• Kleros lookup is optional and non-blocking.

Closing as not planned. We checked the current oracle metadata and market oracle/feed address sets against Kleros Scout and found no live overlap, so there is no real oracle/feed badge to improve with Kleros right now. PR #539 is being closed.
