Could it be possible to make a new release and add a tag? Project hasn't been updated for the last 2 Years

There are quite a few features and fixes now that still aren't available in a released version.

More time has passed, the last release tag (0.4.27) is now from almost four years ago. There is a mentioning of 0.4.28 and even 0.4.29, can you please rectify the situation?
