Notification — Hive Civilization (52 x402 services) interested in ACP compatibility #476

Description

@srotzin

Notification — Hive Civilization is interested in ACP (Agent Connect Protocol) compatibility.

Hive operates a 52-service x402-wired agent fleet on Base mainnet (treasury 0x15184bf50b3d3f52b60434f8942b7d52f2eb436e, USDC EIP-3009 transferWithAuthorization settlement). Each service exposes:

  • /.well-known/agent-card.json (A2A v1.0)
  • /.well-known/mcp.json (MCP Streamable-HTTP)
  • x402 paywall on paid tools
  • Free-discovery endpoints

ACP defines the agent connection layer that x402 settles below. Hive would be a natural ACP-compatible reference implementation for agent-to-agent commerce — every Hive endpoint is already discoverable via A2A agent cards and pays out via x402.

Open to:

  • Implementing ACP-compatible discovery on the Hive fleet
  • Contributing an x402-on-ACP reference example
  • Listing Hive in any ACP catalog or registry
