<p>1. 1~2年的 Web 前端开发经验 + 上线经验 + 参与或独立开发过一个完整 Web 产品者 + 计算机相关专业 优先</p>
<p>2. 熟悉 html5/css3/JavaScript 熟悉至少一种相关流行框架 jquery/YUI3/bootstrap</p>
<p>3. 熟悉 http 协议 + 服务器端数据交互技术</p>
<p>4. 熟悉 W3C 标准 对表现与数据分离 Web 语义化有深刻理解</p>
<p>5. 了解一种后端语言（Java/C/C++/python/php/nodejs等）优先</p>
<p>6. 有良好的技术视野和规划能力</p>
<p>7. 良好的沟通与表达能力 思路清晰 较强的动手能力与逻辑分析能力</p>
<p>8. 有项目负责人经验 良好的抗压能力</p>
<p>9. 对移动平台（Android）浏览器特性有一定了解 有相关开发经验</p>

<p>1. 根据业务需求 协作完成前端 js code 的编写和功能改进</p>
<p>2. 熟悉并能够解决主流浏览器的前端效果兼容</p>
