Send to importer form additional params

Hi @yurgon — addressed by #211.

You can now define a convention method active_admin_import_context on the controller; it returns a hash that gets merged into the import model, so callbacks like before_batch_import can read those values via importer.model.

Example — you want to tag every imported record with the current user id and the request IP, both available only on the controller side:

    template_object: ActiveAdminImport::Model.new,

Why a controller method instead of just passing extra options to active_admin_import?

• Values like current_user, request, session, parent (for nested resources) only exist at request time — they can't be captured in the static config that active_admin_import receives
• The context method runs in the controller's instance, so all those request-scoped helpers Just Work
• Context is merged after form params, so values the controller is authoritative about can't be overridden by tampered form fields

If this works for your case, this issue can be closed once #211 is merged.
