Subject: [PATCH] Link the deployment essays on the Insights site directly

The two essays on deployment scenarios were linked through their old
manual addresses, which are redirect stubs since the series moved to
https://abap2ui5.github.io/insights/. They now link the site itself, at
the slugs of the reading-order numbering (abap2UI5/insights): #34
On-Stack or Side-by-Side and #35 One App, Many Systems.
