Profile Generation

Hello,

Defender profiles aren't generating. I've closed my browser and logged back in multiple times.

Additionally, the app is constantly logging me out and I have to log in everytime I am changing apps.

Not sure what you mean by "changing apps". What browser are you using and on what operating system?

I can help more if I know which user you are. Send me a bug report when you're logged in. Look for the little bug icon button in the bottom right of the /crunch page. Just send anything for the bug report - I mainly just need to identify which user you are.

I've had a look at the server logs and everything appears to be working normally on our end - your account is active and your sessions are being maintained correctly.

A few things that might help:

For the login issue:

• Are you using private/incognito browsing? This would require logging in each time.
• Do you have any ad blockers or privacy extensions installed? Some of these can interfere with staying logged in.
• On mobile, closing the browser completely (swiping it away) can sometimes clear your session.

For the defender profiles not loading:

• Does this happen every time, or just occasionally?
• If you refresh the page, do they appear?

If you could let me know a bit more about when these issues happen, I'd be happy to dig deeper. Screenshots are always helpful too if you're able to capture what you're seeing!

Hello, 1. I turned off the ad blockers and this seemed to have addressed the problem regarding the login. 2. This happened occasionally. Refreshing did not help by going in and attempting to edit the profile and exiting seems to bring it back.

Here is an example of thr profile noat appearing and only appearing after I go to edit profile and save. It populates afterward, refreshing had no effect.
