Add support for a second Superchain for Testnet

Currently, only Unichain Sepolia is supported in testnet mode on the frontend. As a result, developing Superchain applications using Uniswap is not feasible, since no other Superchains are available in testnet mode.

Could you please consider adding support for Base Sepolia?
