Possible Fulfillment Methods in Offer phase

There are many ways to deliver a Travel Document to a Customer, and some Retailers cannot support all of them. To ensure a Retailer does not sell a particular travel that can only be fulfilled using fulfillment methods the Retailer does not support, it could be beneficial to include possible fulfillment methods in each offer.

For example, it could be that for a particular product, the railway operator only supports PDF tickets, while the Retailer only supports QR codes in their app. In this case, the Retailer should not display offers for that product to the Customer, since the Retailer can see that the offers require fulfillment via PDF and would not be able to provide that after purchase.
