Automate RAT/IFAT alignment

I am using Intedashboard this semester (because the ILC paid for it), and it would be reasonably simple to automate the production of RATs through that platform. But in general, it costs students $$$. Also, their LaTeX support sucks (they claim it works, but it breaks when I try to use anything multiline or a matrix)--thankfully your CodeCogs trick for checkit question banks works.

Unless Intedashboard has improved greatly in the past couple years (not impossible) I'd hesitate to invest a lot of effort into it, regardless of its funding model. (The sticky LaTeX support doesn't give me much confidence.)

I think I'll convert the RATs into a PreTeXt-ish XML. It'll be easier to transform them into whatever format (based on whatever IF-AT) once they're there anyway.
