Feature Summary

Possibility to add player as global vip

Why is this needed?

As example as owner of 20+ servers i need to honor some players with global perm vip, then i need to add it multiple times + if i add more servers then i need to re-add all global vips again.

maybe something like sid = 0? or global column

I will think of a solution how to do this but seems like a valid feature that a lot of people will benefit from it.
