Would be nice if "clear all cells" (`helium_clear_all_cells`) cleared phantoms when `"inline_output": true` #158

Helium version: v0.6.4.

helium_clear_all_cells clears the dedicated output buffer, but not the inline phantoms. Would be nice if that also worked.
