Spoilage can be affected by time rollback #144

Description

@Banditman9876

This may be a known issue - maybe even accepted behavior - but I wanted to report it just in case.

Effectively, spoilage is processed not by time actually passing, but by world time continuing to increase. If you roll back the world by 1 day for example, spoilage will not accrue until the world gets back to the same point from which it was pushed back.

Recreation steps:

Enable spoilage
Acquire spoil eligible item(s)
Watch for spoilage to begin, validating the feature is working.
Roll back the world by 1 day (for example)
No further spoilage will occur until the game has passed that 24 hour rollback and begun moving forward again.

I know, players will probably never experience anything like that, but developing a mod based on Score I just spent quite a while scratching my head about what I broke and how.

Cheers, and thank you Sphere for a great infrastructure to build on.
