Stuck at step 3 when generating an all axial line map

I'm trying to generate an all axial line map of my .dxf file to do my Space Syntax Analysis. It finishes step 1 and 2 but upon entering step 3, it gets stuck and just doesn't load anymore. I waited for about 15 to 20 mins and still no results. Is there any solution to this? I attached an image of my map and the problem. I'm using the latest version of depthmapX which is 0.9.0 but this issue also persists on version 0.8.0.

Can you check if you observe a single CPU thread working on the Windows Task Manager? To be honest, the first problem usually is the quality of the underlying map, whether it's fully connected, it has some broken edges, and to be honest I can already see one broken line in the middle of the map so your map is is not good.
The second thing we sometimes check is that the process takes a lot of time. So if you see activity on one CPU core on your system that seems to be telling us it's running something, if it's gonna cross later, that's another question.
