Summary

A hosted web version of Quorum where users can run multi-AI deliberations without installing anything. Chat-first UX with progressive disclosure of the deliberation process.

UX (3-Layer)

  1. Default: Chat-style prompt + synthesis card (confidence, model attribution, dissent flag)
  2. One-click "Show deliberation": Round-by-round debate, agreement/disagreement, citations, reproducibility metadata
  3. Advanced controls: Presets (Fast/Balanced/Deep), model roster, rounds, token budget, custom system prompt — hidden by default
