New Gadget Request - Top VRAM Meter

I consistently see my GPU having ~4 GB of VRAM used

With the increase in the number of apps with hardware acceleration, and wanting to make sure that when I start up a game or LLM, it could be useful to know what is taking up my VRAM

Basically just the Top RAM Meter

But for VRAM.

Now, that being said, I could see it being inaccurate for similar reasons to what you mentioned in #136 I opened, but figured it was worth the ask.

The Top GPU Meter seems to be ones that are using the GPU from a processing perspective, but doesn't show ones that are using the memory, but not the processing, e.g. here

My discord is using a few hundred megs, but it's not shown:

And looking at this one... it does seem like there are similar things to #136 as firefox is nowhere near 3GB in Process Explorer, but on Top GPU Meter it shows 3GB

OK, so creating a GPU VRAM meter took me about 30 seconds, by taking the RAM meter and doing a search-and-replace for "RAM" to "VRAM". Easiest ask ever! But then I realized it actually didn't work right. 🙁 Sigh...

I'll investigate this a bit more, as it might not be possible to get the VRAM on the Top GPU Meter and the VRAM on the Top VRAM Meter to match exactly.

I think it'd be fine if they didn't match exactly, as long as it's explainable. I not super surprised that they're different since... well, nothing in Windows makes complete sense! Though it would probably invite questions/confusion if they didn't match...

This will be in the next release of the Gadgets. One warning, however, is that the skin can only show dedicated VRAM (not shared AND dedicated, as Rainmeter refers to these values). As a result, the numbers don't really line up with Task Manager or Process Explorer.
