On reboot, production (pegasus) does not come up in good state

wait 5 minutes or so

note: some containers restarting
expect: clean launch of all containers and website working

/var/docker/image/bin/imageup resolves the issue. maybe it isn't being called on boot, even though it should be?

I have done no further investigation - I just make sure to run imageup on each boot.

Note that the docker-compose is in a weird state due to #1194, so that should be fixed first. But I don't think that is the cause of this issue...

Note: just rebooted unicorn, and do not see this issue. Request went through right after reboot. Only difference may be if you docker compose stop before rebooting, but if imageup is actually running on boot, that shouldn't matter.
