[BUG] Downloads section shows error message after file transfer

Describe the bug
Wispar's Downloads section shows an error message upon opening and displays no articles.
The issue has persisted for two months.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Wisper app
2. Go to "Downloads" section from the main menu
3. See error: Observe the loading screen followed by the error message "An error occurred. Please check the logs and consider reporting the issue on GitHub."
4. Note that no downloaded articles displayed

Expected behavior
I would find articles that I downloaded within the app.

• App version 1.10.1 (F-Droid)

Additional context

• Before I encountered the bug, I moved all files in my phone's Download folder to my Windows laptop via a USB cable.
  I transferred these files while Wisper was running in background.
  I restarted my phone immediately after the file transfer.

• Other apps work fine.

Hi! Thanks for reporting this issue and providing the logs. The problem shouldn't come from the fact you moved files to another devices, since even if a PDF file is missing, the cards should still show up. You would just have an error message in the PDF viewer when tapping a card with a missing PDF.

From the logs, it would seem an article with either a missing journal title, article title or PDF path is causing the issue. I was able to get the exact same error message at the exact same line by setting a journal title to a Null value. I'll release a fix soon!

The issue should be fixed in #402. I'll try to release an update this weekend, the F-Droid build should be fixed too so the next build should work!
