Add variables to raw netCDF

Add sci_solocam_free_disk_space and sci_solocam_image_files to the raw netCDF output for the post-deployment report

@Kourtney-Burger Can you remind me what in practice the sci_solocam_free_disk_space and sci_solocam_image_files vars represent?

Or maybe better question, what would you prefer those variables be named in the raw data netcdf? Eg, the m_tot_num_inflections value is named total_num_inflections.

These represent the shadowgraph storage space and how many photos it took. I want to use these variables in inline code in the deployment reports.

Question for @jgwalsh and @acossio, are these variables also used for the glidercam or are they shadowgraph specific? That will help guide me on what we want to name them in the netcdf
