Show engine run progress with the command-line engine runner

Currently, the command-line engine runner (DQguruEngineRunner.java) doesn't 
display any feedback on what progress it has made while running the engine. 
It would be helpful and reassuring to the user if it displayed a percentage, 
or number of records out of a total processed.
