Epic — Pricing Repackaging & Quota Cleanup

Ship the open-core reprice (Pro €459→€129, free drivers, server-side metering) on an enforced, truthful, measurable quota model.

Phase 1 — Reprice & Page

• P1.1 Reprice config + Stripe (license-server) — issue Feature/licensing infrastructure #93, draft PR Parser: accept the OUTER keyword in LEFT/RIGHT/FULL OUTER JOIN #94. Pro €129/mo (€1,290/yr) in reference.conf; 4 TEST-mode Stripe Prices created+verified. LIVE Stripe cutover + full running-stack checkout = manual follow-up.
• P1.2 Pricing page + portal copy (license-server portal Pricing.tsx)
• P1.3 Marketing reconciliation (elasticsql README + documentation/ + softclient4es-web)

Definition of Done

• Every advertised quota is enforced server-side (ADR §14 closed).
• No code/marketing drift on any number (3 historical drifts resolved).
• Funnel instrumented; pricing-signal dashboard live at launch.
• All boundary tests assert the new limits.

All PRs are DRAFT — mark ready after review.

Notable finding (P1.3): drift (c) — the unenforced max_concurrent_queries lever — was still live in the SHOW LICENSE reference docs in both repos (web dql.mdx, elasticsql dql_statements.md, incl. a stale example row with MV 3 / joins 1 / concurrency 5), broader than the spec's file list. Removed + corrected to the post-P0.1 numbers in both mirrors.

Manual follow-ups before launch:

• P1.1 LIVE Stripe cutover: create 4 sk_live_… Prices (12900/11900 monthly, 129000/119000 annual on the existing Products), repoint the 4 STRIPE_PRO_*_PRICE_ID in the licensing sealed secret, archive old LIVE Prices. TEST-mode Prices already created + API-verified.
• P1.1 full checkout verification: run a TEST-mode portal checkout (needs the running license-server + portal + Stripe webhook stack) to confirm License.priceInCents + stripePriceId agree.

Epic DoD met once these 4 PRs merge: every advertised quota is enforced, no code/marketing drift, funnel instrumented (Phase 0), boundary tests assert new limits.
