bug: Messages missing in chat

Describe the Bug

Frequently, new messages are missing. Some times even when sending a message, the chat doesn't show the message that was just sent.
But the biggest issue is when someone else sends a message and clicking the notification, only to land in a chat with no new messages. At that point, going back to chat selection shows the new message as the latest message, in the one-line preview. Clicking it goes back into the chat, where there are still no new messages.

Some notes:

1. I only use E2E chats on my deployment.
2. This is happening on multiple android devices with Android 15-17.
3. The desktop app and webapps do NOT have this issue. Only the android app. I don't have an iOS device to test, but it must be happening there too.
4. Killing the app and re-opening it before sending a new message when the bug happens, brings the messages back into the chat. If the user facing the bug sends a message before killing the app and restarting, it's impossible to recover them. The only solution is to open the webapp or desktop app.
5. This has been happening for a while, probably since 7.x rocketchat..

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click notification
2. The new messages are missing

Expected Behavior

I expect the messages to show up properly in the mobile chat, like they do on webapp and desktop app.

ios app also has this bug. when new notification comming,i tap this message but no new message here.
i have to clean cache to show this new message.
